Our Rooms

A small and nurturing early childhood centre, we cater for 2 to 6 year olds in a large open plan room, that feels just like home, with plenty of access to the great outdoors thanks to our fantastic natural outdoor spaces.

The Children's House Greymouth is a childcare centre in Greymouth. 

The philosophy is underpinned by the whakatauki, 'Ko te ahurei o te tamariki aroha o taa mahi – Let the uniqueness of the children guide our work.' The philosophy values positive relationships and the role of the teacher in supporting children to become confident, capable learners. It weaves Te Whāriki, the Early Childhood Curriculum, and Montessori philosophy together.
