Our Vision
To continue to be known for excellence and passion in our commitment to the provision of quality education and care for children and families in our community, always with integrity.
Our Mission
Where children grow and learn with confidence, fostering their well-being and creativity in a warm, stable environment. We provide quality innovative opportunities through a holistic approach, where we value and embrace whanaungatanga*.
Our Philosophy
At Fame we provide a warm, stable environment for children where their social, emotional and educational needs are met with genuine love and care.
We believe that nurturing children’s self-confidence is the key foundation to developing competent individuals. Through our arts programme children will be affirmed and encouraged as creative individuals.
Community and whanaungatanga* is of the highest importance; we feel that through respectful, fun and reciprocal relationships between staff, children, and whānau, we can teach children the importance of truly valuing others and, in turn, themselves.
We stimulate growth, ideas and creativity in an atmosphere where children are valued for who they are and encouraged to think for themselves, in an inclusive environment without discrimination.
As a Fame Family, we endeavour to help children realise their full potential, equipping them to become self-assured individuals and passionate learners.
* whanaungatanga - relationship, kinship, sense of family connection
