Here at Dream Catchers’ Preschool, we believe in a strength-based approach in our teaching. We are committed to child-led learning, and provide inspiring provocations (set-ups) that engage and cater to a wide variety of learners.
Each child is a unique taonga (treasure) to cherish and nurture. With appropriate guidance from teachers, children learn from us and thrive in a calm learning environment. In turn, teachers can learn a lot from children too! Our patient teachers will go the extra mile to ensure all children feel welcome, safe and have a sense of belonging here.
Each child is different and brings with them a unique set of knowledge and life experiences to Dreamcatchers’. Our strong and trusting relationships with children and whānau (family), enable us to work with you to help your child reach their full potential.
Our Reggio and/or Montessori inspired provocations and resources engage and empower children. This empowerment allows them ownership of their learning and fosters an intrinsic curiosity of the world around them.
