Early Discoveries Waimahia is a purpose-built centre for children from 5 months to 6 years olds. Our large, open-plan centre opens out onto a spacious contained play area, with a separate area for our younger tamariki.
With modern families needing to work, we offer a full day care service with hours from 7:30am to 6:00pm. We're so excited to be able to have a new centre in this wonderful new community.

We help children learn life skills like: listening, talking, working with others, taking responsibility for themselves and more…
Learning books and Storypark
We create book for each child filled with stories and also offer the Storypark app so you can stay up to date with your child.
Health and Wellness
We work with the Heart Foundation to promote a love for healthy eating, exercise. We even grow our own veggies!
Trips
We take you and your child on optional trips throughout the year to interesting places near and far...
School Readiness
We support children to be ready for starting school, and help them with the transition with school visits and more...
