In the heart of Auckland’s North Shore lives New Shoots Hillcrest – conveniently located close to the motorway and popular family-orientated suburbs of Birkenhead, Glenfield, Northcote and Takapuna, and the business hub of Wairau Valley and smales farm. A repurposed architecturally designed building, sustainably transformed into an early childhood centre that blends old and new, brick and steel, curiosity and comfort.
Floor-to-ceiling glass roller doors bring light inside, where beautiful archways are the perfect backdrop for our custom-designed furniture and diverse range of hand-selected natural resources. Complete with comfy couches, cosy rugs and high-quality light fittings, our home-like aesthetic will put your children at ease.
Expereince the magic of outdoor play, open-ended exploration and self-discovery. Each age group has there own beautifully crafted outside space for children to explore and work alongside their peers. Our very generous over two outdoor space gives the children a chance to explore alongside older and younger children, and allow siblings time to play, learn and have each other as comfort and support whilst at New shoots. Our inner courtyard offers a safe, shaded space for all weather play just for our under 2 tamariki.
