Maramarua Kopuku Playcentre is open every Wednesday and Friday from 9am till 12pm during school term.
We strive to give our tamariki, parent-kaiako, extended whanau… our entire local community… a rich learning experience at our little rural Playcentre through play, education and community hang outs like Zoo trips, bbqs and calf club days.
We started our Centre in 1979 and we are still thriving today. Inherent of our dairy farming community our tamariki enjoy the outdoors, marakai, taakaro and animals and we all have a deep relationship with the land.
We are a hub for community events like calf and lamb day, crafts groups, community events like at christmas and we enjoy visits from other city Playcentre.
