If you are looking for a country-style smaller centre, you've found it. Mountaineers is a privately owned more intimately sized number of children (50 licence) with high quality care and education. We have 80-99% qualfied staff along with additional support staff with many years of experience. Your families care and support is at the heart of what we do here and we hope to welcome you and your whaanau. We have a large outdoor green space country-style centre with a seperate area for our under 2's to safely explore and grow. Mountaineers Childcare is home to chickens and a beehive and has lots of animal visits throughout the year. Our centre has great reviews and is highly regarded in the Pirongia community

Mountaineers is accessed via McClure Street (SH39), down a winding tree lined drive just south of Pirongia village, only 3 mins to the local Pirongia School.
