We have a high teacher to child ratio and our ratio staff (4) are all permanent, qualified teachers. We also have 2 permanent-part time teachers, 1 is currently studying for her qualification.
Our philosophy is firmly underpinned by the principles inherent in Te Whariki (the NZ Early Childhood Curriculum) Empowerment, Holistic Development, Family and Community and Relationships. Where children learn through play and exploration, creating a confident, capable and happy child. We value the relationship between teacher and family and have an open door policy for all parents and whanau.
