A place where we collaborate with nature; we discover; we question and wonder.  Where children can be unhurried. 

Where they can connect with each other and their environment. A place where simplicity creates imagination and innovation.

The jug is always hot and although we do not have a barista, coffee and tea are always available.  Please feel welcome to stay, take a break in our stunning natural environment and be part of the celebration of childhood, meet our fabulous and highly qualified teaching team and the kindergarten whānau.

What makes our kindergarten special?

• We are privileged to be part of a growing rural community where there is a strong sense of family.
• We have three “funtastic" and creative teachers and a smaller group of 30 children.
• We may be out in the sticks but we also love our music and our technology!
• Children learning is celebrated both in online portfolios and storybooks (hardcopy).
• We are excited about utilising technology by making child produced movies and stories.
• Our outdoor environment has a “river”, mature trees, kai gardens and climbing structures provided by nature.
