The Inspiring Minds Montessori preschool is a high quality Montessori preschool, nestled in a homelike environment.
Inspiring Minds Montessori Preschool is open from 8.00am- 5.00pm and is located at Matipo street, Palmerston North. The centre caters for children from 2 - 6 years of age.

Inspiring Minds Montessori is a Pre-School based on the Montessori philosophy to education while being accommodative of other educational approaches
The Inspiring Minds Montessori approach is designed to bring the best outcome for children up to the age of six through nurturing, their spirit, personality, love of learning, curiosity, creativity and emotional intelligence.
We work in partnership with families, community and children to provide a quality early childhood programme.
We work within the four guiding principles of Te Wháriki. The principles of Te Wháriki include empowerment, holistic development, family and community, and relationships.
Our environment
Inspiring Minds Montessori provides a rich environment for learning, one that is calm, respectful and fosters independence. Materials are presented
beautifully and in ways that provokes children's interest, thinking and investigatory skills. Children's natural tendencies for creativity, problem solving and self discovery are highly valued, and opportunities to cultivate these tendencies re embedded in the environment.
The fundamental component (main curriculum) of the Montessori Method is the Prepared Environment where children are free to respond to their natural tendencies. The phrase 'Prepared Environment' refers to a well thought out environment where children have extensive opportunities to learn and explo
