Here at Busy Bees Brooklyn, our children are the heart of our centre and community. Aroha and whanaungatanga drive us and forms the foundation of our philosophy. We believe that every child deserves to know they are valued and respected and stive to ensure all tamariki feel safe and nurtured in a fun learning community. Kaiako foster, enrich, and support the relationships of the people, places and things that make each child unique.
Our centre promotes an inclusive environment where tamariki develop knowledge and understanding of New Zealand’s dual heritage, culture, language and identity as well as recognising the diverse cultures of our community. We communicate, engage and work in partnership with parents and whānau regarding all aspects of children’s learning, interests, goals and holistic development
Our three rooms are Kākano Room (up to 18 months), Pihinga Room (18 months-3 years) and Kōhuri Room (3 -5 years)
