The dedicated teachers, known as Nga kaiako, prioritize the individual interests, strengths, and capabilities of each child. The kindergarten's program is guided by tikanga principles, including Manaakitanga (caring and respect for others), Whanaungatanga (family, relationships, history, traditions), and Kaitiakitanga (environmental stewardship and sustainability).
