Rosebank Kindergarten is located at 14 Naish St, situated on the Rosebank Primary School grounds, where we offer the 6 hour School Day Option. Our Kindergarten caters for a semi-rural community with many families travelling to attend.
At Rosebank Kindergarten we view the child as a "learner". We provide a positive and supportive learning environment. Through this children
learn the skills, strategies and learning dispositions to become confident and independent. As teachers we provide many different opportunities to encourage and provoke curiosity and creativity for our 21st century learners.
Rosebank Kindergarten builds strong relationships that will ensure your child settles into Kindergarten with ease. We aim to provide meaningful transition for your child when starting school.

Rosebank Kindergarten is extremely excited to introduce our Forest Kindergarten Programme!
Our vision :
The aim of the Forest Kindergarten programme is to provide children with the opportunity to get back into nature, allowing them time to explore and play in a local natural environment, with a sense of adventure. Teachers, parents, whanau, and DOC will work alongside each other to support children’s learning and development in an untouched, scenic reserve in the Catlins- Manuka Point.
