A little about us

Nau Mai, Haere Mai
Welcome to the Tokomairiro Early Learning Centre

We provide high quality education and care for all children aged from birth to five years at two fantastic locations.

We are a community run, non -profit centre and have a supportive, hard- working governing committee, which all parents, caregivers, whānau and community members are welcome to join.

An experienced, stable teaching team of fully registered teachers (with most other staff either in training or with other qualifications). We offer a low ratio of adults to children,  which enables us to provide higher quality education and care for your children.

Our children experience a fun filled learning environment, with lots of extra-curricular experiences for children to enhance their knowledge and skills.

  • We honour the beliefs and aspirations inherent in the Treaty of Waitangi &  Te Tiriti O Waitangi through our everyday practice.
