SIT Early Childhood Centre

The SIT Childcare Centre is welcoming, friendly and safe.

The Centre operates under the umbrella of SIT but we are a community based. Our Centre is open to all children 0-6 years.

We aim to work in partnership with children, parents/whanau to build strong, trusting, open relationships that will allow the children to become independent, confident, active explorers, contributing to their own learning in an environment that is filled with challenging experiences, laughter and fun.

We are 95% qualified staff. Our Centre believes in quality education and care, so we have above the Ministry required staff/child ratio’s. Our teaching teams have been together for a number of years which means we have stability and huge amount of experience and knowledge.
