Just Kidz Ormiston

Just Kidz Ormiston is a stunning, purpose-built centre, located in the Heart of Ormiston Town Centre. It is licensed for 63 children and caters for the educational needs and wellbeing of children from birth to 6 years of age. We have 3 separate learning spaces for infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers with amazing resources both indoors and outdoors, providing the highest quality childcare.

We are open from 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and offer half day sessions, ‘school’ days or full days on either a full-time or part time attendance. Our great location means families and whanau can enjoy the convenience of great coffee and shopping while dropping and picking up their children, with plenty of parking and easy access.

Just Kidz Ormiston’s, passionate and committed team provides a warm, welcoming, fun, safe place for children to learn and develop their full potential and become confident and socially competent members of the community. We value an environment which inspires curiosity and exploration and encourage children to make discoveries with and alongside each other in their early years.

At Just Kidz Ormiston, we also value, respect and acknowledge each child’s culture and identity and always believe in building a positive relationship with the family and whanau to develop healthy and happy children, creating a positive ‘home away from home’ environment.

We provide information about children’s ongoing development and learning through online portfolios, to enable sharing with family easily, as well as providing a portfolio book that each child can keep and revisit. These resources, beautifully capture the magic of learning and experience that each child embraces.
