Family‑owned and professionally run, we offer quality early learning and childcare for children from birth to five years, supporting young learners as they explore, develop and thrive.

Our learning philosophy is grounded in respect, identity, social relationships, expression, inquiry and independence. We see each child as a curious, capable and creative learner. Our programmes are shaped by the Te Whāriki framework from the Ministry of Education, and tailored by experienced educators to meet the individual needs of each child. We believe children learn best when they feel they belong, are supported to explore, and given chances to express themselves.

At Lots of Hugs Feilding we offer a rich variety of experiences to support all areas of development. Children enjoy generous indoor and outdoor spaces, well‑resourced learning environments and opportunities for active exploration. We provide nutritious meals prepared by our onsite chef, including a hot lunch each day. Regular walks into the community help children connect with their surroundings and develop confidence. We also support a transition to school programme that readies children socially, emotionally and academically for their next step.

Our centre environment is warm, home‑like and inviting. Educators are experienced, caring and committed, offering individual attention and encouragement every day. Spaces are thoughtfully designed so children can move freely, play, learn and grow, whether inside or out.

We offer competitive fees, with the benefit of 20 hours free ECE for 3‑ to 5‑year‑olds and WINZ subsidies. Our location is convenient and we have longer opening hours, making drop‑offs and pick‑ups easier for busy families.
