We believe a warm, nurturing and challenging environment will inspire children to love and respect; to discover and explore; and to grow and learn through fun and creativity. We know that the early years are incredibly important for the growth, learning and development of all young children. Child-centred learning is key to both cognitive and physical development, and it is with this knowledge that our qualified, passionate Kaiako work alongside children to support them in their learning journey.

Mightymind Kids Learning Programme

Our curriculum is based on the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum Te Whariki, where family and community, holistic development, empowerment and relationships are integrated into our programme planning and everyday practice. We offer rooms that are catered directly to our children’s age and stages, and which are designed to support our children to discover the world around them in safe and nurturing spaces.
We believe in the importance of having an environment that is a reflection of the children’s interests, is physically safe, provides creative and open ended experiences, offers opportunities to work alongside peers, and promotes a sense of wonder and choice.
