Akoteu Lotofaleia Under 2s is a Tongan immersion service governed by the Lotofaleia Mangere Tongan Methodist Parish Church. A management team has responsibility for governance of the service. The service provides all-day education and care for infants and toddlers up to two years of age. All the children attending are Tongan.
