Pakuranga Learning Centre is a family-owned early childhood centre in Pakuranga for children aged 3 months to 6 years.
Many families choose us because they are looking for something calmer, more personal and more settled than a large corporate-style centre. We focus on building genuine relationships with children and families, with experienced long-term teachers who take the time to truly know each child.
Our centre offers extended 7am–6:30pm hours, fresh meals cooked daily and included in fees, real grass outdoor play, easy parking, and a dedicated indoor movement gym for active play in all weather conditions.
Children learn across three age-based rooms — Aroha, Pūkeko and Taniwha — with programmes designed to support each stage of development, from infancy through to transition to school. Guided by Te Whāriki, our approach balances play, creativity, movement, communication, routines, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
We understand that childcare is about more than education — it is about trust, consistency, communication and knowing your child is safe, settled and cared for while you are at work.
20 Hours ECE available for eligible children. WINZ support and FamilyBoost eligible.
We welcome families to visit and experience the centre for themselves.
