Welcome to Trinity Kindergarten! We hope that your association with us will be a long and happy one. Trinity Kindergarten aims to develop a healthy mind, body and spirit in every child. We strive to build a sense of belonging for the child and their entire family. We base our programme upon the principles of the Christian faith to ensure that all children get the opportunity to experience Christianity in their daily lives. We will always treat your child with the utmost love, care and respect and we role model this behaviour in all of our interactions.
Trinity Kindergarten is a non-profit organisation and a registered charity managed by a Trust. We are privileged to be situated on the grounds of the beautiful Trinity Methodist Church in Pakuranga. At Trinity Kindergarten we maintain the lowest teacher: child ratios possible because we value one-on-one and small group interactions with each and every child. All of our teachers are fully qualified and registered and we all undergo regular professional development and maintain full First Aid certification at all times.
Our kindergarten provides a nurturing, safe and caring environment as an extension of your own home environment. We want your child to “grow up as a competent and confident learner and communicator, healthy in mind, body and spirit, secure in their sense of belonging and in the knowledge that they make a valued contribution to society” in accordance with the principles of the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum, Te Whāriki.
