That’s what you’ll find at Kindercare Grey Lynn, where we understand that every child and every family is different. Our passionate, experienced team, led by our Centre Director, Prashanthi Ferdinandus, will gently guide your little one as they grow and learn through play. We offer both full time and part time enrolment options to suit the needs of families and whānau. We can’t wait to welcome you and your child to our small, warm and safe childcare centre. We are conveniently located for families in Eden Terrace, Newton, Kingsland, and Grey Lynn.

Open daily throughout the year (except for weekends and statutory holidays) 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday; 7.30 to 5.00pm Friday

Like you, we want the best for your child. So we don’t compromise on safe, supportive, care and education. Our team works hard to ensure your family receives the highest standard of care for your weekly fee, which includes:
- a generous annual leave allowance
- a nutritious midday meal, prepared fresh at the centre daily – so you won’t need to pack kai
- healthy mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks to fuel your child’s play and learning
- our Positive Parenting program – offering tips, advice and support for every family
We know every child has different needs, and that’s why we ask that you supply your child’s own bottles, formula and nappies for each day.

Providing safe, loving care since 1980, our daycare centre is designed to cherish your child from infancy until they are ready for primary school. Located on a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac street, you’d never believe our nurturing environment is just a five-minute drive from the Auckland CBD. Once the Arch Hill General Store in the 1800s, our childcare centre provides a unique, fun-filled atmosphere where your child will be cared for alongside tamariki of a similar age and stage of development, in specially crafted play and learning indoor and outdoor areas. Each environment is intentionally planned to provide the affectionate care, creative learning and social opportunities best suited to your child’s individual needs.
