Welcome to Nurturing Hearts, formally Three Bears.

In 2020, Three Bears changed hands and in 2021 the team set about to revisit our philosophy, who we are and what is important to us. Changing our name was a part of that process. We wanted a name that represented who we are, what is important to us and spoke to our philosophy. We consulted with our kaitiaki, whānau and owners and settled on Nurturing Hearts early Learning Centre.

We believe a learning environment underpinned with love and kindness is essential and the basis for nurturing our enquiry-based philosophy, Our children learn at their own pace, through their interests and creativity. This is what makes a childhood memorable and gives a lifetime of learning the opportunity take root and be enjoyed.
