If you are looking for a country-style smaller centre, you've found it. Mountaineers is a privately owned more intimately sized number of children (50 licence) with high quality care and education. We have 80-99% qualfied staff along with additional support staff with many years of experience. Your families care and support is at the heart of what we do here and we hope to welcome you and your whaanau. We have a large outdoor green space country-style centre with a seperate area for our under 2's to safely explore and grow. Mountaineers Childcare is home to chickens and a beehive and has lots of animal visits throughout the year. Our centre has great reviews and is highly regarded in the Pirongia community

Pirongia Playcentre
We pride ourselves on having a friendly, supportive environment. Pirongia Playcentre is a wonderful place for children and adults to grow and learn alongside one another.
Pirongia Playcentre runs 3 general sessions per week, on a Wednesday and Friday for children aged 0-6 years old. Our Challenger’s extension sessions for older children (3 ½ years and above) run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
