Welcome to OPEYS All Day Kindergarten
Haere Mai and welcome to OPEYS All Day Kindergarten, (formerly known as OPEYS Plunket Education and Care Centre). We have been proudly serving our families and the Tauranga community for over 40 years!
We are a community-focused All Day Kindergarten dedicated to providing a high quality of education and care for children from birth right up to school age.
We understand that each child is unique and has their own independent needs and interests. That is why we offer a child centred learning programme that empowers children to become individuals with self-esteem and confidence.
We are a passionate 100% qualified group of teachers that believe in excellent child: teacher ratios to ensure your child is front of focus.
We believe early learning is a partnership with parents and whānau and believe in providing a warm, secure environment that embraces family values.
We offer education and care:
- for 0 - 5 year olds
- from 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
We also offer OSCAR after school care:
- Before school: 7:15am to 8:35am
- After school: 3pm - 5:30pm

Our Philosophy
