Our Centre
Open: 7.30am till 5.30pm
The centre is open throughout the year, including school holidays. However, we do close for the normal statutory holidays.
We do our best to support the hours you and your child would like to attend, and we offer full day sessions and free half day sessions for 3-year-old plus as part of the 20 ECE. We also offer regular and casual bookings when we have space available. However, it is recommended that children come more frequently as we find that as children become more settled, they are happier.
Kiwi Room
(under 2- year olds)
Our Kiwi room supports the youngest members of our preschool family with nurturing primary caregivers following respectful practices to empower our babies and toddlers. Through play and social interactions Kaiako (teachers) work at a slower pace allowing children to make choices and understand and anticipate routines and practices.
Pukeko Room
(2-6years old)
The children in the Pukeko room enjoy a large outdoor area where they discover and follow their interests, make friends and use their imaginations.
The Centres position beside a pond, pirate island, waterfall and bush provide many opportunities to watch nature through the seasons and our children learn to respect and come to appreciate the natural environment
