Sovereign Star Preschool and Nursery was established in 2013. It is a privately-owned preschool committed to providing care and education for children aged 3 months to 6 years old.

What We Offer

• A stimulating educational based programme for tamariki aged 0 - 6 years.
• Specialised music, dance and drama programme for tamariki aged 0 - 6 years.
• An opportunity for children to develop imagination and creativity through daily experience.
• Before (B4) school program, for four-year olds which focuses on readiness for school.
• Swimming program: Tamariki are able to participate in small focused experiences to develop self-management, independence and motor skills in conjunction with Waimakariri District Council at Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre.
• Enjoyable experiences for tamariki that promotes learning in numeracy and literacy.
• An environment where tamariki are able to follow their interests and develop an enquiring mind.
